It was a pivotal moment, and just six months later, I was selling that home and relocating to a new city, driven by an unexpected spike in the local housing market. That experience sparked a real love for real estate, and it wasn’t long before I was helping others navigate those same big life decisions.

After several more moves of my own, I realized that what truly makes a house feel like home isn’t just the walls or the décor…it’s the people and the memories created there. That understanding inspired me to become a licensed real estate agent in 1988. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with so many wonderful clients, guiding them through every step of buying, selling, and investing with confidence and care.

Hi, I’m Gus Schillaci, and I’ve been passionate about real estate since 1983.
My story began while I was studying Psychology at York University and investing in properties on the side. By the time I graduated, I had already purchased and renovated five homes, laying the foundation for what would become a lifelong career.

In 1996, I officially became a licensed real estate agent, and I’ve never looked back. Alongside my 20-year career in Social Services, I’ve developed a deep understanding of people, especially when it comes to navigating big decisions.
